We strive to give exceptional service from when you place your order, to delivering your inflatable, to picking up your inflatable. Mad Bounce will provide open communication and answer any questions during the entire process.

We understand that you have limited time and we have no interest in wasting it. Our delivery times are narrowed down to a 1-2 hour window so you can go on with your day! With that being said, we are always willing to work with you. Communicate with our office with any concerns about rental timing.
