Our crew will handle delivery, set-up and pick-up. All you have to worry about is throwing an awesome party!
1. The Inflatable must be placed within 100ft of the power source. Any longer, you risk the inflatable not being as "inflated." If this is a problem, we have generators for you!
2. Every blower needs to be on its own circuit as our blowers pull a lot of amps. Our crew will ensure you are all set before they leave!
3. Wherever you decide to put your water-piece, make sure your hose reaches!
4. Drain any water piece BEFORE shutting the piece off by unzipping the zipper and stepping on the side of the pool.
4. Never allow any food, drink, candy, gum or any foreign object on our inflatables.
5. Cut your grass before we arrive so you don't risk harming or getting grass all over the piece!

We operate within a 1-2 hour delivery window. Our office will call you earlier in the week letting you know what day and time we plan on delivering.
A clean inflatable should never be questioned. At Mad Bounce LLC, every single one of our pieces is inspected and cleaned REGULARLY! With more specific questions about our cleaning procedure, give us a call or an email.
There MUST be adult supervision while there are children are using the equipment. The bigger the piece is, the more supervision is necessary. Supervision is required to ensure a safe and successful event.
Though a level and grassy area is ideal, we have set up our equipment on concrete, asphalt and sand. We also service many customers with indoor events. Our crew must know the type of surface before delivery so we bring the proper materials to secure the piece.
All of our inflatables need at least one standard 110-volt household outlet. Nothing else can be plugged into that outlet. Depending on the type of piece you get, you may need more than one outlet. If your event is somewhere with no power, or farther than 100ft from an outlet, consider renting a generator from us. We supply all extension cords needed. Our inflatables are constructed to be as safe as possible. Customers can create a safer environment with proper supervision and commitment to the safety rules posted on our pieces. We share the same goal of having a safe and successful event.
Yes, Mad Bounce LLC is fully insured in the event of injury due to our gross negligence or equipment malfunction.
